Edge Strength and Fitness is for people who want results without the fluff, fads or gimmicks. We are a facility for people who desire to get into shape, lose fat and build muscle, and for athletes who want to change the way they play the game, in a friendly and encouraging environment. We want to be the best part of your day.
We understand getting what you want can be intimidating, but the reasons it’s scary are the same reasons the potential is so exciting. We have spent a lot of years learning how to build absolutely everyone into our program.
So we have created a place where training, coaching and programming pave the way for our clients and athletes to come and feel confident about achieving their goals in a safe and effective manner. For our general population client, our focus is on overall health, including building strength, losing fat and conditioning, so you feel better in your daily activities and to love what you see in the mirror. For our athletes, this involves, not only teaching them to excel and achieve in our program but how it will relate and impact them in their sport as well as to gain a better understanding of their capabilities.
